The Congress presentations will be held in English.
Participation Certificate
All participants who attend the event and complete the feedback form will be eligible to download a Certificate of Attendance from the MedEvents online platform.
Please note that certificates will be issued only to those who are present at the event.

PROGRAM HANDBOOK
Each participant will receive a Program Handbook at the InfoDesk. The handbook includes detailed information about the congress, as well as materials from our partners.
Badges
Participants are required to wear their badge at all times while on the event premises.
Internet Access
Wireless internet will be available throughout the venue. The Wi-Fi password can be found in the Program Handbook or obtained at the InfoDesk.
Event Access
Access to the event venue requires the badge you will receive upon registration at the InfoDesk. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend planning for an early arrival at the premises.
Media Politics
Photography and filming during the event are prohibited without written permission from the event Media Coordinator, whom you can contact at the InfoDesk.
Catering
Participants will serve the coffee/lunch breaks in the designated areas, as detailed in the Program Handbook.
Electricity
DRUGS AND FIRST AID
A wide range of non-prescription drugs are readily available at local pharmacies. For other medication you will need a prescription issued by a registered Romanian doctor. In case of emergency, please call the 112 emergency number.
LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
The event operator does not assume responsibility for injury and/or damage involving persons and/or property during the event. All participants are advised to prevent/avoid any injury/ loss.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost property can be taken at the InfoDesk. To report a lost item, please contact the InfoDesk.
Mobile phones
Mobile phones must be turned on silent mode during all sessions.
Smoking
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Information for Speakers
Only digital materials that meet the technical specifications provided at the time of registration will be accepted for presentation.
Accreditation
An accreditation application has been sent to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).
